These wines originate from a wind-
protected small valley in Broke where the 10 year old vines grow on the banks of a small creek.
The soil is alluvial with a granite underlay
– fertile and quite deep.

previous season, resulting in healthy vine growth, good crop loads and great flavour profiles for these
Hunter vintages.
2006 ChardonnayClassic Chardonnay characters combine with the primary fruit characters of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon to result in a wine of great complexity. Hints of butter and subtle oak as well as citrus fruit aromas and flavours deliver a delightful sensory experience. A seamless acid structure with fruit intensity create a mouthfilling wine with persistent length of flavour. |
